Player Assessment Guide

This chart will assist you in measuring a player's NAPA CueSpeed Rating (Handicap) at any time. This is especially useful for new players coming into your league that are either brand new players that you are not familiar with or players coming into your league from competing leagues that you might be skeptical of their handicap. This chart will give you a VERY close assessment of their ability and where they should be in the NAPA CueSpeed Rating system.
